Vertical cartoning and sealing
A carton is fed through a machine while a product is placed inside from a vertical position. Vertical cartoning can be ideal for a wide variety of products, especially taller ones.
Horizontal cartoning and sealing
Horizontal cartoning machines insert products from the side, and the carton’s ends can be sealed by hot melt application or flap insertion.
Tray forming
MGA can produce durable, precision-cut tray forms that fit around your product in its carton, giving it both visual appeal and protection from damage.
Quality cartoning and scalable productivity
Whether you have a short run of products that need to be cartoned or thousands of pieces, you can depend on MGA to manage your project with the highest level of quality, at a carton-per-minute rate that meets your needs.
Labeling and design
Our team can take your existing label designs and attractively affix them to your product cartons. If you need a new design for your packaging, we are happy to coordinate that for you as well.

What is a co-packing company, and how does co-packing work?
A retail co-packing company, also known as a contract packager, specializes in the manufacture and packaging of products for clients, and cartoning is one of its core lines. Which cartoner will my product run on?
Vertical cartoning can be ideal for a wide variety of products, especially taller ones: the product is placed inside from a vertical position. Horizontal cartoning inserts the product from the side and seals the carton’s ends by hot melt application or flap insertion. The estimator matches the product to a machine when quoting.
